We’re committed to your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
You are eligible for a refund or reshipment if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit and has not arrived within 30 business days
How to request a refund or reshipment:
- Contact us at support@goodiesgallery.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue
- Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a reshipment or refund to your original payment method
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection of size/style
- Items generally do not need to be returned unless specifically requested
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
