Returns & Refunds Policy – Goodies Gallery

We’re committed to your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

You are eligible for a refund or reshipment if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit and has not arrived within 30 business days

How to request a refund or reshipment:

  • Contact us at support@goodiesgallery.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue
  • Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a reshipment or refund to your original payment method

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection of size/style
  • Items generally do not need to be returned unless specifically requested
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
