1. Where do you ship from?
Most of our jewelry is shipped from trusted U.S.-based or international fulfillment centers via Zendrop.
2. How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 10–25 business days depending on your location.
3. How do I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can use it to follow your package in real time.
4. What if my item is damaged or missing?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we’ll make it right—either by reshipping or refunding.
5. Can I return my item?
We offer refunds or reshipments for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
